UMD in HDR

Here a few photos of the University of Maryland building that I will be spending the next three years in. In an effort to try out the new technique of HDR Photography that I wanted to experiement with when we take our trips to the monuments of the area, I decided to pop down to campus and do a trial run there. The top of the pairs are an HDR photo with their standard versions below. It is a lot of fun to play around with.

Sometimes the photo we get isnt quite the photo we want. Other times personal tragedy strikes and all of the photos of a special occasion are wiped out leaving only a reminant of poor quality snap shots in the after math. My wifes parents had that happen to their wedding day, and my cousin really wanted a newer look for her temple photos so here are the results.

Father's Day Gifts

This past Father's Day my sister asked for my collaboration in helping put together some gifts for the men in our lives. Not wanting to spoil the suprise I had to wait till after the holiday past in order to post.
